Day 15: FREEDOMMMMM!!!!!
I mean, not really, cos the whole countries still in lockdown but it's better than nothing.  I took a very leisurely trip to Tesco this morning, which was as much weird because I was child-less as because of the weird virus precautions.  I had to queue with my trolley to get in and then the whole place is a one-way system.  I'm not good at one-way systems in supermarkets apparently.  I had to double back on myself like 3 times.  And I spent far more money than I meant to.  But that was also partly because I'm not used to Tesco, we're an Aldi family normally.

When I got home and we'd had some lunch, C took a nap and M requested her toe nails painted to match her fingers.  I suddenly feel like I have a little girl, it's very odd but I'm quite excited for her to figure out what she's into as time goes on.

And then we went for a walk over the road to visit the horses and play pooh sticks.  We also checked on a couple of our geocaches and had a little snack-time break at the half way mark.  We were probably not out much more than an hour but it was nice to get out somewhere that wasn't the back garden.  M actually walked really well the vast majority of the way, I only piggy backed her a little bit of the way back and I think she really enjoyed the run around.

There was loads of people out in the field walking, it's a walk we do semi-regularly in normal life and we almost never see more than the occasional dog walker.  But today there was so many people out there.  I mean, it makes sense, everybody is so limited on where they can go that there's bound to be more people local, and from what I saw everybody was obeying social distancing rules, but it was just strange to see so many people somewhere that's usually so quiet.

The rest of the day was mostly spent in the garden, it's been a beautiful 20-ish degree day so we hung out in the garden and even got out the water-table and the paddling pool (although that part proved too far, it wasn't THAT warm).

And that was our first day of regular lockdown aka what life is probably going to be like for the forseeable future.  I'm not going to keep numbering these after today I don't think, partly because I'm never going to keep track, and partly because I don't know what I'm counting to any more, so numbering feels a bit redundant.  I also don't know that I'll write every day, I might, but more likely I'll probably just update when there's something that feels worth updating on.
